From material takeoffs and estimates to signed proposals, communication, invoicing, and subcontractor coordination — everything runs through JobTread. It keeps our entire team aligned and ensures your project stays organized, efficient, and on track.

When changes arise, we first evaluate the scope and pricing, then present a detailed change order for your review and approval. We’ll walk you through what’s included, how it affects the timeline, and answer any questions before proceeding. The process mirrors the clarity and structure of our initial proposals—so there are no surprises.

Each project is led by a dedicated Project Manager who serves as your main point of contact and oversees every aspect of the build. Their job is to anticipate issues before they arise and keep everything running smoothly. Behind the scenes, your PM is supported by our full office team—including a pre-construction manager, office manager, and estimating team—to ensure no detail gets overlooked.

You’ll be directly involved in key decisions, especially when it comes to finishes and functionality. We guide you through showroom visits, designer consultations, and on-site walkthroughs to ensure every detail—from fixture placement to outlet locations—is exactly where you want it. Most projects are pre-designed with a fixed budget, so your input during scope review and approvals is essential to a smooth, successful build.

We’ve established a communication guide directing communication to go through JobTread, this allows for all team members to understand and respond to questions in a proactive manner. Our proposals are also extremely transparent and detailed which we really feel is a good way for trust to be established. This even goes into our billing process which is based on the original proposal to establish a schedule of values and invoicing is done on a percentage of completion basis vs milestone payments. The percentage complete process allows for customers to go to the field and see with their own eyes exactly what they are paying for instead of utilizing a very common milestone process which is not very transparent.
